Aboriginal Seasonal Calendar training

This workshop will walk participants through the Aboriginal Seasonal Calendars in order to develop a better understanding of the difference between Western and Indigenous worldviews. Practical activities will include discussions, filling in charts and analysing a variety of calendars from across Australia, looking at the the similarities and differences as well as the essential elements within them. Participants will be able to work through activities which can be adapted for children and learning points which relate to the Early Years Framework.
